OUR INTENTION

The aim of our retreat is to provide a nurturing environment for self-discovery, relaxation, and restoration, allowing you to unwind, soothe your nerves, and achieve mental clarity with ease.  

ABOUT US

Eva Mamrillova is a yoga teacher based in Bratislava teaching individually and in groups.

My specialty is mindful practice, functional Yoga flows and calming the nervous system through a variety of yin yoga and restorative techniques.

Victoria Fitz born in the USA, has been living in Bratislava for 5+ years and is interested in blending Ayurveda and Astrology together with Yoga flows. She facilitates Cacao and Tea ceremonies and has a broad knowledge in the Esoteric fields.

We were introduced in a Yoga studio and have been friends ever since. Both sharing a deep love for Yoga and other mindful practices to reconnect, get in touch with authentic self,    and finding balance in the busyness of life.  

The entire retreat will be conducted in English, offering a rare chance to immerse yourself in an authentic "abroad" experience without leaving the heart of Slovakia.  

VENUE

Terra Belá is a farm in the middle of nature where disconnecting from outer worlds happens easily. The ability to watch a starry night sky, smell the meadows in bloom, practice Yoga in a Mongolian Yurt or under the trees, and connecting with interesting people is what offers a perfect recipe to REST & RESET.  

ACCOMMODATION

Terra Belá offers:

2 rooms of 3 beds

1 apartment of 3+2 beds 

1 apartment 2+2 beds 

MEALS

Full-board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) of macrobiotic meals prepared from the local and fresh ingredients (meals will be fully vegetarian and vegan). 

Snacks, water, tea and coffee throughout the day are included.

6x Yoga class (morning and evening)

1x Cacao Ceremony 

1x Discussion and workshop on “Stress and Endurance through Yoga”

Meditations, relaxations and Yoga nidra 

PRICING

399 EUR - everything included (3 nights of accommodation, meals and program)

Registration is completed once the deposit of 100 EUR is paid. The deposit is refundable only in the case of cancellation of the retreat by the organizers or the venue. 

Full amount of the retreat price is required to be paid by 27th May 2024.
